Networking Software Developer

Location: Telrad Networks R&D Center / Hybrid

About the Role:
Join our R&D team developing next-generation wireless broadband and LTE solutions. As a Networking Software Developer, you’ll be part of a dynamic engineering group working on high-performance networking stacks, radio resource management, and proprietary wireless protocols for products like BreezeAir AXE and other sub-11GHz systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize software for embedded networking platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Layer 2/3 networking, QoS, routing, and management modules.
  • Collaborate with RF and system engineers to enhance product performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and field issue analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in networking or wireless system software development.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ (Linux environment).
  • Experience with TCP/IP stack, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS, or similar.
  • Understanding of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, LTE, or proprietary PTP/PTMP systems.
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
