System Test Engineer (Wireless Communication)

Location: Telrad Networks R&D Center / On-site

About the Role:
We’re seeking a System Test Engineer to join our QA and validation team, ensuring top reliability and performance of our wireless broadband systems. You’ll work hands-on with advanced PTP/PTMP and LTE products in both lab and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and document system and performance tests for wireless products.
• Simulate real-world deployments and evaluate throughput, latency, and stability.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and support teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and automate test setups and regression frameworks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system testing or integration for wireless communication equipment.
• Hands-on experience with networking tools (Wireshark, iperf, etc.) and RF test setups.
• Solid understanding of wireless concepts (modulation, MIMO, channel planning, etc.).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Team player with attention to detail
