Senior VLSI Design Engineer

The Istra Hardware team is a top-tier group focused on developing and refining the hardware capabilities within Istra's complex product. Our implementation process is end-to-end, covering all hardware development components.In this role, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the system, architecture, design, implementation, and testing of various complex FPGA-based hardware systems and accelerators. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and design capabilities, as well as extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of hardware development.In this role, you will be a key player in:Design & Implementation: Creating complex FPGA-based systems for ultra-low latency applications.System Ownership: Driving the entire development lifecycle, from characterizing system requirements and specs to defining the SW-HW API.Problem Solving: Applying a systematic approach to analyze and debug complex production issues, pinpointing the root cause in either the hardware or software domain.Infrastructure Development: Building and implementing hardware analysis and development infrastructures to shorten the development cycles even further.
