Precognize is looking for Application Support specialist

 

What will you be doing?

Being part of a global delivery team, you will serve as an application expert providing support to various customer projects and internally to the team.

This role is expected to be well familiar with application’s front and back ends as well as its internal flows and logics.

Common tasks would be analysis of customer complaints, investigate application functional failures, make configurations and adjustments, etc.

Job requirements

• Previous experience in similar role for Mid-tier B2B support
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• A customer-oriented approach

 The expected candidate should have technical knowledge and work experience of:

• Linux working environment
• Activating Web API’s
• Writing and executing DB queries (mainly NoSQL such as MongoDB)
• Work experience with Postman – advantage
• Fluent English (verbal and written) – essential
