What will you be doing?
In short, being part the delivery team providing technical support to the customer projects
and internally to the team.
Work would focus on application installation and upgrades, proactive tracking of customers’
systems, investigating and resolving errors, tools development and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirements
If you have –
 At least 1 year experience in Mid-tier B2B support
 Strong problem-solving and high technical skills
 A customer-oriented approach
The expected candidate should have technical knowledge and work experience of:
 Linux working environment
 BASH scripting (Python an advantage)
 Familiarity with various databases (Mongodb, Influxdb, Neo4J, MySQL, etc.)
 Understanding of web APIs usage
 Dockers, Kubernetes – an advantage
 Fluent English (verbal and written) – essential
