Role Responsibilities:

• Familiarize with and provide ongoing management of businesses, ensuring they achieve their targets
• Strong skills in sales, training, and service
• Ongoing coordination with various business functions and internal interfaces
• Providing support and respond to field team inquiries
• Prepare and submit reports as required
• Conduct business visits as needed to drive processes

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and customer service – essential
• Experience working with businesses – essential
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields – is a plus
• Experience in call center environments – is a plus
• Strong skills in sales, training, and customer service
• Ability to meet targets and adapt to changing parameters
