The role in short 👇 You are Fame Crew in your city. When a brand books a shoot in Berlin or Boston, you are who turns up. Corporate shoots, conferences, trade shows and podcast recordings - usually one or two days, usually with a tight edit deadline behind them. Your own kit: cinema camera, lighting, proper audio. We do not supply gear. Making a nervous C-suite exec feel comfortable in the ninety seconds before they go on camera. Getting the raw footage uploaded, intact, on the day - our editors are usually in another time zone waiting for it. Working to the brief, and knowing when the room has changed enough that you should call it. The key attributes that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑 You have shot high-value corporate and B2B events. This is not the job to learn on. You know your kit well enough to fix things quietly, mid-shoot, without anyone noticing. You treat early as on time. When a live event goes sideways - and it does - you solve it rather than announce it. You look and behave like someone the client is glad they hired, in front of their own customers. You care whether the frame is right, not just whether it is usable. Some nice-to-haves ✅ Multi-cam or live streaming experience. A local sound tech or second shooter you can bring in for bigger jobs. A steady gimbal walk. Genuinely organised with file management and data wrangling. What the job isn’t 🙅 It is not salaried. This is freelance, day-rate, shoot by shoot. Some months in your city are busy, some are quiet. It is not a creative-director role. The brief comes from us and the client. Your craft is in executing it beautifully under pressure. What’s in it for you 💭 Work with brands you would not usually reach from a freelance profile - we bring the client, you bring the craft. No pitching, no chasing invoices, no scoping calls. You get a brief, a date and a rate. We shoot in 200 cities. Do the ones in yours, and travel for the ones you want.
