As a QA Engineer, you will ensure our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our complex software solutions.
• Design and establish daily quality control procedures and ensure consistent application across all stages of product development.
• You will do manual tests, and automation tests as well.
• Executing quality strategy, defining, and measuring metrics.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Define quality metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product excellence.

About you:

• An insatiable curiosity that drives you to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA within a startup environment, demonstrating a proven track record of enhancing product quality.
• A fervent desire to impact and innovate in a startup atmosphere.

Advantages:

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, GitHub, and Monday.com.
• A history of success in automated testing and the development of automation scripts.
• Proven experience conducting performance and load testing.
• Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
