System Architect

About the Role

Jeen is looking for a hands-on System Architect to own the technical design and delivery of end-to-end solutions on the Jeen AI platform for complex Enterprise customers. You will work directly with customers to translate business, data, security, and technical requirements into scalable, production-ready systems that run in the customer’s cloud or on-prem environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into end-to-end system architectures.
• Design solution components, data flows, integrations, and operational workflows, from the user’s browser to the customer’s systems of record.
• Design how each solution is deployed and run: Kubernetes namespaces, networking, ingress, secrets, databases, CI/CD and GitOps, scaling, and observability.
• Design integrations with customer systems, APIs, data sources, identity providers, and IT infrastructure, across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments.
• Build security into every layer: authentication and authorization, network isolation, encryption, secret management, and audit trails for sensitive data.
• Connect solutions to Jeen’s AI layer (LLM gateway, RAG, agents), following the evaluation an guardrail standards set by Jeen’s AI architecture team.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical discussions with customers’ IT, security, and architecture teams.
• Provide technical leadership to Development and Delivery teams throughout implementation, installation, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
• Build prototypes, POCs, and production components hands-on, using AI coding tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, System or Solutions Architecture, Platform or DevOps Engineering, or a related hands-on technical role, including at least 2 years designing systems that run on Kubernetes in production.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Enterprise systems, from design through installation to production.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes: deployments, networking, ingress, secrets, autoscaling, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL: data modeling, schema migrations, access control, high availability, and backups.
• Strong understanding of APIs, Enterprise integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise environments, including security, identity (SSO, OAuth, OIDC), networking, and cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures, with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience leading technical discovery and architecture discussions with Enterprise customers, including their security and architecture teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenShift or air-gapped on-prem installations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, such as RAG, agentic workflows, LLM gateways, or search/knowledge solutions.
• Experience taking Generative AI solutions from POC to production.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
• Experience with Helm, GitOps (Argo CD), message queues, vector databases, or data pipelines.
• Experience designing solutions for regulated or security-sensitive environments, such as finance, healthcare, government, or defense.
