Position description

As a technical recruiter you will partner with company managers to lead effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and hiring across a range of technical roles. Company managers will support you to set and drive strategy, goals and processes.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
• Extensive corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrable experience in a candidate generation capacity.
• Experience recruiting for a software company.
• Experience with online sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the local technical talent landscape.
