  • Project Controls & Planning – Monitor schedules, milestones and execution progress across the portfolio, ensuring visibility into project status and delivery performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Decision Support – Analyze project and portfolio performance, identify trends, risks and gaps, and provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Data, Reporting & BI Ownership – Lead the division's reporting and BI environment, develop dashboards and KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Business Modeling & Forecasting – Build and maintain performance models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Act as the focal point across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset Management, creating a single source of truth and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Governance – Enhance planning, reporting and control processes, driving standardization and continuous improvement across the division.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategic consulting, business analysis, FP&A, project controls, planning & control, or a similar analytical role - required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building and maintaining complex models, and in PowerPoint, with a proven ability to build executive-level presentations - required.
  • Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders at all levels, without direct authority - required.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written - required.
  • Experience in a cross-functional corporate role and in preparing materials for management and the board - an advantage.
  • Familiarity with budget control processes and finance interfaces - an advantage.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, storage) and in working with EPC contractors - a significant advantage.
