Assistance and supervision of safety rules and site employees

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing supervision of the execution of construction work on site in accordance with safety instructions
• Conducting safety and site conduct training on an ongoing basis
• Identifying and preventing safety risks
• Supervision of the integrity of equipment and systems on site
• Recording and reporting incidents and accidents on site
• Preparing regular reports and reports for the safety manager
• Supporting the safety manager and implementing safe work procedures

Requirements:

• Construction engineer or general laborer with experience in the construction industry - an advantage
• Safety Assistant Certificate - Advantage
• Experience working with teams of contractors and field workers
• Knowledge of safety procedures in the field of construction and contracting
• Ability to work under pressure and across multiple interfaces
• Real-time problem-solving and risk identification skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational order and proper time management skills
• Good human relations
