Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project planning and management
• Managing project schedules and budgets while meeting goals
• Management of work teams and contractors
• Providing answers and solving engineering problems in real time
• Preparing reports and presenting project progress stages on an ongoing basis
• Project quality management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – required
• 3-5 years of experience in execution
• Extensive knowledge of building regulations
• Ability to manage teams with an emphasis on harnessing and good human relations
• Knowledge of negotiation management, strategic thinking and decision-making ability
• A big head and the ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time
• The position is intended for both women and men.
