Managing, supervising and directing field work teams

Responsibilities:

• The position is intended for both women and men.
• Coordination of tasks between teams and with relevant parties for the project
• Monitoring project schedules, dealing with delays in the field and finding solutions
• Supervision of the execution of field work and ability to identify problems in the early stages
• Monitoring compliance with work safety standards on site
• Management of equipment and materials on site, including supervision and supply of materials according to the project stages

Requirements:

• Certified foreman certificate – mandatory
• Experience in residential projects – at least 3 years
• Proven management experience of field work teams
• Introduction to building systems
• Ability to read engineering plans and drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and across multiple interfaces
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in the field
• High managerial and organizational ability
• Punctuality, responsibility and mental flexibility
• Good interpersonal relationships as part of a team
