Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of construction work
• Managing work teams, allocating resources and synchronizing between the parties involved in the project
• Monitoring schedules and ongoing reporting on project progress
• Monitoring the project budget, including ongoing cost control
• Supervision of the quality of work performed according to standards and its implementation by a quality control system
• Implementing quality control through guidance, opening a workshop, sampling, and testing the company's program.
• Identifying possible delays and providing solutions in real time
• Knowledge of the site organization plan and safety plan and its implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – required
• Experience 1-2 years experience
• Knowledge of construction processes, standards and regulations
• Proactive approach, order and organization
• Ability to manage teams with an emphasis on harnessing and good human relations
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time
• Ambition and passion for work
• Methodology and process management
