Mobileye's Algorithms Division is looking for a highly technical professional with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Algorithm Development, who is looking to expand their impact beyond hands-on development into a broader, product-oriented role.

We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a product mindset, enjoys solving complex problems, and has already demonstrated the ability to lead initiatives, connect needs across teams, and influence technical decisions.

In this role, you'll work closely with algorithm researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to shape data products and solutions that support the development, training, and validation of advanced AI systems.

What will your job look like?

  • Lead the definition, development, and prioritization of data products and capabilities that support algorithm development, training, and validation.
  • Work closely with algorithm and research teams to understand their technical challenges and translate them into product requirements and solutions.
  • Understand how data quality, representation, compression, and availability impact algorithm performance, and use these insights to drive product decisions.
  • Identify common needs and opportunities across teams and drive scalable solutions that create value across the Algorithms Division.
  • Evaluate technical alternatives and make informed trade-offs between algorithm performance, scalability, efficiency, and cost.
  • Collaborate with algorithm, data science, and engineering teams to take solutions from initial concept to implementation.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure solutions address real technical needs.

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Algorithm Development.
  • Strong technical understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, neural networks, and Computer Vision.
  • Solid programming background and the ability to understand complex algorithmic systems and technical trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives beyond individual development tasks, including defining requirements, influencing priorities, or driving cross-functional projects.
  • Strong product-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical challenges to broader organizational needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a broad technical perspective.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams, influence decisions, and drive initiatives forward.

  • Experience working closely with product teams or taking ownership of product-related responsibilities within a technical role.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure.
  • Understanding of data compression, representation, and optimization in ML systems.
  • Experience developing Computer Vision algorithms or working on autonomous driving technologies.
  • Previous experience defining technical roadmaps or leading cross-team R&D initiatives.
