TASC is looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to help drive the adoption of AI across the firm and transform the way our consultants work.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone passionate about AI, eager to learn, and excited to help others embrace new technologies.

In this role, you will work closely with consultants and teams to understand their daily challenges, deliver hands-on AI training, and help employees integrate AI tools into their workflows. You will lead workshops, provide one-on-one guidance, develop training materials, and support the continuous adoption of AI across the organization.

Alongside training and implementation, you will identify opportunities to improve existing processes and build practical AI-powered solutions, including simple automations, AI assistants, and workflow improvements.

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and tech-savvy individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for AI, and the ability to make complex technologies simple and accessible to others.

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Strong technological aptitude, curiosity, and ability to learn independently
• Experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations (including personal projects) – a significant advantage
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Make, n8n or similar tools – an advantage
• Experience in training, instruction, or mentoring (including military experience) – an advantage
