Product & Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Product & Project Manager to lead the product creation process and coordinate activities across diverse, high-impact functions. You'll be the bridge between product innovation and operational execution, ensuring our teams can tackle complex challenges while maintaining the high standards of a fast-growing creative studio.

This is a challenging, hands-on role where you'll own the project lifecycle — from initial concept and specification to final delivery. You'll work across two primary project types: A-Z (one-off innovation) and Continuous (long-term partnership), and you'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and process excellence.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Management: Lead projects from vision to deployment. For A-Z projects, drive detailed specifications, tech lead engagement, and standardized board management.
• Operational Excellence: Implement data-driven project management techniques to drive continuous process improvement.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring operational efficiency, team growth, and strong communication.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to maintaining a high PET (Project Evaluation & Tracking) score and achieving client conversion goals.
• Product Lifecycle: Lead product concepting, analytics, and team coordination to ensure seamless execution across platforms.
