Work Flexibility: Onsite טכנאי/ת הייצור אחראי/ת על ביצוע העבודה השוטפת באזור הייצור ובחדר הנקי, בהתאם להוראות העבודה הרלוונטיות. התפקיד כולל: • ייצור חלקים ומכלולים בהתאם להוראות העבודה. • ביצוע בקרת איכות במהלך תהליך הייצור. • עבודה בהתאם למדיניות ולנהלי החברה . דרישות המשרה: • 12 שנות לימוד. • מיומנויות מחשב בסיסיות. • ניסיון בהרכבות ידניות ו/או בהפעלת מכונה – יתרון. • ניסיון בעבודה במפעל יצרני – יתרון. • חוש טכני ומוטוריקה עדינה. • יכולת לקרוא ולהבין כללי בטיחות, הוראות הפעלה ותחזוקה, נהלים, הוראות פשוטות, תכתובות קצרות, מדיניות החברה ומזכרים. • גמישות, יכולת עבודה בצוות ופתיחות לתהליכים חדשים או לשינויים. • יכולות ראייה הנדרשות לתפקיד, לרבות ראייה מקרוב, הבחנה בצבעים, ראייה היקפית, תפיסת עומק ויכולת מיקוד. התפקיד כולל שימוש במיקרוסקופ/ זכוכית מגדלת, ומוטוריקה עדינה. • ידע בשפה העברית – חובה. • נכונות לעבודה בשעות נוספות, ימי ו', ובמשמרות בהתאם לצרכי החברה. ============================================================ The production Technician is responsible to Carrying out the daily duties in the manufacturing area/clean room according to the work instructions in the specific area Responsibilities: Manufacturing parts and assemblies according to work instructions Performing in-process Quality Control Comply with company’s policy and procedures External Qualifications required: 12 Years of schooling Basic computer skills Read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, simple instructions, short correspondence, company policies and memos Willingness to be flexible, team oriented and open minded to new processes or changes in direction Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. use of a microscope/ magnifiaing glass. Willingness to work overtime, Friday's and shifts based on business needs. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
