Position Overview
Beaconcure is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Director of Marketing to build and scale our marketing engine. The primary focus of this role is sales enablement, lead generation, pipeline development, content management, digital marketing, and AI-enabled demand generation.
The Director will report to the Head of Commercial and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and the CEO to translate Beaconcure’s technology and clinical expertise into compelling market messaging and measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing programs that generate quality leads and a measurable sales pipeline.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, competitive materials, value propositions, and other sales collateral.
- Create and manage a content strategy spanning thought leadership, white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars, videos, customer stories, and social content.
- Develop Beaconcure’s positioning, messaging, personas, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Develop targeted demand-generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical diagnostic, and clinical research organizations.
- Partner with Sales to improve lead qualification, nurturing, opportunity creation, and sales-cycle effectiveness.
- Own digital marketing activities including website, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, campaigns, and conversion optimization.
- Leverage generative AI and AI-enabled marketing/SDR technologies to improve research, content creation, personalization, prospecting, lead qualification, and marketing productivity.
- Establish marketing KPIs and reporting focused on qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology/SaaS, and within the life sciences industry.
- Strong preference for experience in clinical data analytics, clinical data management, clinical development, statistical programming/biometrics, R&D technology, or clinical trial technology. Strong relevant experience within compliance, medical affairs, and commercial technology will be considered in lieu of the preference.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related life sciences organizations.
- Proven success generating qualified leads and contributing to sales pipeline.
- Strong sales enablement, content development, product marketing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex industry challenges and needs into clear business value.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of marketing and/or sales-development workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Tools & Skills
- HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation, CRM analytics, lead scoring, attribution, and ABM platforms.
- SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid digital campaigns, website analytics, conversion optimization, social media, and webinar platforms.
- Generative AI, AI-enabled content and research tools, AI personalization, AI lead scoring, and AI SDR/GTM platforms such as Alta or similar technologies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Commercially minded and measures Marketing by qualified pipeline and revenue impact—not simply activity or traffic.
- Technically curious and able to understand sophisticated clinical, statistical, data, and AI concepts.
- Credible with life sciences buyers and familiar with the clinical development ecosystem.
- Hands-on and willing to build campaigns, write content, use the technology, analyze results, and work directly with Sales.
- AI-native and excited about using AI as a productivity and competitive advantage.
- A strong storyteller who can answer the customer’s fundamental question: “Why should I care and What’s in it for me?”
- A builder who thrives in a growing company and is comfortable creating processes, systems, messaging, and a scalable marketing engine.
What Success Looks Like
- A clear, differentiated Beaconcure market position and consistent messaging.
- A strong sales-enablement library that materially improves sales effectiveness.
- A predictable demand-generation engine with targeted ABM and measurable pipeline contribution.
- A consistent, high-quality content and thought-leadership program.
- Effective use of HubSpot and AI-enabled marketing/SDR technologies.
- Clear marketing dashboards and KPIs tied to qualified opportunities, pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join Beaconcure at an important stage of growth and help build the marketing engine that supports the next phase of the company. The successful candidate will shape Beaconcure’s market position, demand-generation capabilities, thought leadership, and go-to-market approach for AI-enabled clinical statistical analysis and reporting.
