Final Test Team Leader

Job Description:

Netline is looking for a Final Test Team Leader for electrical testing.
This is an interesting role with meaningful impact and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the Final Test team.
• Perform electrical testing of RF-based systems and electronic boards.
• Conduct fault analysis.
• Participate in demonstrations.
• Provide technical support for the company’s products.

Job Requirements:

• Electronics / RF Practical Engineer or Technician.
• Experience in RF and with test equipment (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope).
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical testing of RF-based systems and electronic boards, including fault analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot at assembly and component level.
• 3 years of team management experience.
• Good English, including conversational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
• Experience as a communications / electronics technician in the IDF (2nd / 4th echelon maintenance) — significant advantage.
• Background in defense companies — significant advantage.
