CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Construction & Fit-Out Projects | Full-Time | Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv About the Role We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Construction Engineer to support and oversee construction activities, quality control processes, and site supervision for construction and fit-out projects in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will have practical experience on active construction sites and proven expertise in quality control, inspections, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. • Conduct quality control inspections and site supervision activities to verify the quality and progress of construction works. • Monitor construction progress and coordinate activities with multidisciplinary project teams. • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. • Prepare inspection reports, identify non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions. • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. • Identify on-site technical issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant project teams.

Requirements • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Construction Engineer in the construction industry. • Hands-on experience working on active construction sites. • Proven experience in Quality Control (QC), quality assurance, and site inspection activities. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Proficiency in AutoCAD. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. • Strong teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction environment and manage multiple priorities. Please note: Hebrew is not required. All work and communication are conducted in English. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working on U.S. Department of State construction projects. • Experience working on multidisciplinary construction projects, particularly fit-out projects. • Knowledge of Primavera P6 or other project planning and scheduling software.
