About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles across the company, owning each search from intake to signed contract.

What we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup, and is an exceptional sourcer who can find the right people beyond a LinkedIn search. Sharp judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the confidence to push back on candidates and hiring managers alike are a must.
