M.ai by Moveo is the AI solutions arm of Moveo.group. We build AI solutions tailored to each organization's goals, challenges, and unique ways of working, from strategy to implementation. We're looking for a junior Full-Stack AI Engineer with strong software foundations and early, hands-on experience building with LLMs. You'll join a delivery team shipping production-grade AI solutions to enterprise clients, mastering how to make intelligent agents reliable, accurate, and scalable in the real world.

What you'll do

  • Build React/TypeScript frontends for AI products: chat interfaces, streaming responses, citations and admin screens
  • Develop backend services and APIs (Node.js or Python) that call LLM providers and manage conversations, users and data
  • Implement agent tools that query databases, call client APIs or open tickets, with validated, structured outputs
  • Build RAG and OCR pipelines: parse documents and scans, chunk, embed, store in vector DBs and tune retrieval
  • Write eval datasets and CI checks, and debug production issues using traces and logs
  • Work spec-first with AI coding harnesses, take part in code reviews and own every line you commit

What you bring

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent experience – Must
  • 1–2 years of software development (student positions and internships count), with strong CS fundamentals
  • Hands-on TypeScript and/or Python and React, with at least one full-stack app built end to end
  • A working LLM project you can show us (agent, RAG app or MCP server), not just a chat wrapper – Must
  • Spec-driven development with AI coding harnesses – Must
  • A practical understanding of LLMs: prompts, context windows, embeddings, hallucinations, cost and latency, guardrails, benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git and Docker
  • Technical product thinking, curiosity and excellent communication
  • Cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) – Advantage
