M.ai by Moveo is the AI solutions arm of Moveo.group. We build AI solutions tailored to each organization's goals, challenges, and unique ways of working, from strategy to implementation. We're looking for an Full-Stack AI Engineer with hands-on experience taking LLM-powered systems and Agentic workflows into production. You'll take end-to-end ownership of client solutions—from design and retrieval to deployment and iteration—in an environment where AI is at the core of every product we build.

What you'll do

  • Turn client needs into a clear scope and technical solution, including knowing where AI doesn't add value
  • Design and build AI agents and workflows: tool calling, memory, guardrails, human-in-the-loop and structured outputs
  • Build production RAG pipelines (chunking, hybrid search, re-ranking) and connect agents to client systems via APIs and MCP
  • Develop backend services (Node.js or Python) and React frontends, including streaming and conversational UIs
  • Build evals and observability so AI quality is measured, not guessed
  • Work spec-first with AI coding harnesses, optimize for latency and cost, and mentor junior engineers

What you bring

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent experience – Must
  • 3–5 years of software development, including significant backend work and production web apps, cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python, plus React or a comparable framework
  • Proven experience shipping LLM agents or RAG systems to production-Must
  • Spec-driven development with AI coding harnesses (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) with live code in production.
  • Technical product thinking and excellent communication for working directly with clients
