R&D Manager

This role includes direct management of 1-2 development teams - 12 developers in total. The successful candidate, reporting to the VP R&D, will be responsible for: leading the transformation from our Desktop application into a Full Stack web application environment, from design to general availability including resource planning and allocation; task effort estimation; version release and support.

  • At least five years’ experience in managing R&D groups of similar size; teams and team leaders
  • Over 5 years of proved practical experience in Web development and technologies, Server and Frontend sides.
  • Wide experience and knowledge with the current web stack, from frontend technologies to server side technologies (ASP.Net, Java, Angular, NodeJs, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
  • Experience in managing high scale web integrations
  • Wide experience in development tools, methods and processes (Agile)
  • Familiarity and experience in the fields of mobile and web - an advantage
  • Familiarity with cloud and AWS products and services
