Java Team Leader

This team is working on a new and exciting and challenging product that is expected to reach very quickly to very high volumes. This product is a combination of off line and online data processing capabilities and provides a fertile land for innovative ideas. The team leader should have great technical skills in order to cope with difficult day to day decisions and managerial skills in order to manage the team and be able to coordinate with other teams in the R&D.

• Education - computer science Bsc
• Java development experience of at least 4 years
• Infrastructure development is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as a development team leader
• Practical experience of 2 years with AWS environment and services
• Big data ecosystem knowledge and experience
• Continuous integration knowledge - advantage
• Excellent OOD skills
• Experience in working in an Agile methodology – an advantage
• Very good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
