Cloud SaaS Security R&D Team Leader

We are looking for a strong, motivated and experienced Team Leader, to lead a development team in charge of the company latest and innovative Cloud Security technologies. The team will lead the definition and implementation of the backend technologies used to provide company market leading security to SaaS applications. Our new cloud security solution will involve using the latest industry technologies for both development and deployment, including a robust architecture to meet large-scale environments in a competitive market landscape. In addition for being a firm and inspiring leader, the manager for the team is required to be also a hands on full stack technologist, leading the definition, design and development of the various technologies in the mostly Java based backend.

• • 2+ years of managerial experience.
• • 4+ years of experience with Java and Spring.
• • Good knowledge of object oriented design.
• • Core Java expert (including multi-threading, optimizations, data structures, GC)
• • Experience in backend development of large, distributed software systems.
• • Experience in networking and security.
• Advantage:
• • Experience with SQL/non-SQL DB.
• • Experience in Cassandra, Postgress, ELK, Redis, Docker
• • Experience with Java/JS web development frameworks.
• • Experience with developing and designing Big Data and SaaS solutions.
