QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Construction Projects | Full-Time | Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and control activities on construction projects in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, applicable standards, and the project's Integrated Management System (IMS). Key Responsibilities • Manage and implement the project Quality Control Program, including inspections, testing, and quality documentation. • Review material submittals and verify that delivered materials comply with approved submittals, contractual requirements, specifications, and project drawings. • Coordinate site inspections, tests, audits, and quality reports with construction teams and employer representatives. • Identify and report non-conformities, follow up on corrective actions, and recommend continuous improvements. • Oversee material storage and handling in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and project requirements. • Prepare and coordinate Construction Method Statements and related quality documentation for approval. • Lead, guide, and train quality control personnel, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance. • Monitor quality objectives and process performance, supporting compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety, and other applicable requirement
