Sales & Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive business growth, and develop new revenue opportunities.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, leading internal and external teams, and driving new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for attracting new clients for our SEO/GEO and development services, growing our customer base and SaaS subscriptions, and managing sales processes from initial contact to closing.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Binyamina (next to the train station) in a green, smoke-free environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Experience developing sales and marketing strategies and leading digital campaigns.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience managing vendors, marketing professionals, or teams.
• Familiarity with digital, technology, SaaS, and SEO industries – a strong advantage.
• Strong business mindset, initiative, independence, and the ability to lead processes from strategy to execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and lead sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Social Media, PPC, and Email Marketing.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, external vendors, and marketing professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for our SEO/GEO and development services.
• Grow the company’s customer base and SaaS product subscriptions.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new revenue streams.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, track performance, and drive results against business targets.
