We are expanding our core R&D team and looking for a seasoned, hands-on Senior Frontend Engineer with high hunger, motivation, and a true startup DNA. In this role, you will own and drive the web experience of our core platform, crafting intuitive, high-performance interfaces at the intersection of complex cloud security data and sleek user experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and wants to make a massive impact from day one. You will take end-to-end ownership of key frontend features: from initial UI architecture and design systems to implementation, performance tuning, and deployment. Working closely with product, design, and backend engineering, you’ll shape both the UX and the technical standards of our web applications, ensuring elegant execution without ever compromising on code quality or performance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building modern, scalable web applications (SaaS) using React and TypeScript.
- Frontend Architecture: Deep expertise in React architecture, patterns, and best practices (e.g., advanced hooks, state management, component composition, and performance optimization).
- Startup DNA & Motivation: High hunger, drive, and motivation, with a proven ability to move fast, take full ownership, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- API Integration & Design: Experience designing and consuming modern APIs (REST / GraphQL).
- UI/UX Standards: High standards for pixel-perfect UI, accessibility (a11y), responsiveness, and user experience.
- Performance & Debugging: Strong debugging and performance optimization skills (profiling, bundle size reduction, rendering optimization, network efficiency).
- Testing & Quality: Familiarity with testing practices (unit/e2e testing) and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Frontend, Product, UX, and Backend teams to accurately translate complex security needs and requirements into intuitive, seamless user experiences.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a product-minded approach: thinking in outcomes and system scalability.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Next.js & Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Next.js or other modern meta-frameworks.
- Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems or utilizing tools like Storybook.
- AI-Assisted Development: Proven experience utilizing AI-powered coding assistants and workflows to accelerate development velocity and elevate code quality.
- Cybersecurity Domain: Background or hands-on experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or data-heavy enterprise platforms.
