The role
Work directly with customers to connect their requirements and building systems with the Urecsys platform. You will help turn deployment troubleshooting, applied analytics, agent workflows, and product adoption into measurable operational value.
You will own the path from customer requirements through technical deployment and measurable operational results.
What you will do
- Work with building operators and technical teams to define use cases and measurable success criteria.
- Integrate sensor feeds, building management systems, and customer data sources.
- Build Python services, data transformations, and APIs to support deployments.
- Configure and validate ML and agent capabilities for each customer environment.
- Investigate data-quality issues, integration failures, and unexpected system behavior.
- Help customers interpret recommendations and assess operational results.
- Turn recurring deployment needs into reusable connectors, tools, and product improvements.
What you will bring
- 3+ years of software, data, solutions, or deployment engineering experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience integrating APIs and external systems.
- Practical experience deploying AI/ML applications or LLM-based workflows.
- Experience debugging unfamiliar systems and incomplete or inconsistent data.
- Clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to own a project from requirements through a working deployment.
Nice to have
Experience with BMS platforms, building protocols such as BACnet or Modbus, MQTT, IoT, cloud infrastructure, or customer-facing engineering.
