We’re building SuperVega, a Web3 options-based platform that gives retail simple exposure to anything, no matter the market size. We’re looking for a senior engineer to build and own this application at all levels: infrastructure, design, and architecture. Join a small cracked team.

About the role

You’ll own a production-grade system, distilling ideas into features, designing the architecture, and moving to production. You’ll work at the backend and contract level, with occasional frontend excursions. Ownership is end-to-end. We want people who understand systems and not just components. We move fast: build, test, iterate.

Must have

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building Web3 applications
• A systems mindset and a track record of taking products from concept to launch
• Initiative, independence and the ability to move fast as priorities change

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi
• Experience with production-grade systems
