Overview

NextVision is seeking a Configuration Control Manager to join our Engineering Department.

The role involves managing and maintaining engineering data and documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, while working closely with multiple cross-functional teams across the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain engineering documentation and data within company systems.
• Write, edit, and update technical and engineering documentation.
• Manage and maintain mechanical and electronic Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Create, update, and track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Ensure proper document and part version control, numbering, and revision management.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or engineering background through academic studies, professional training, or military service.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ECO processes and engineering change management – an advantage.
• Experience working with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Ability to work with technical and engineering documentation.
• Strong technical English skills, both written and verbal – required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
