You'll report to our CFO and work closely with the CEO and every team in the company.

What you'll own

  • Commercial contracts: draft and negotiate customer, partner, PSP, reseller and vendor agreements, and help Sales close enterprise deals fast.
  • Privacy & DPO: run our privacy program under GDPR and Israeli privacy law, including RoPA, DPIAs, data-subject requests, international transfers and breach response.
  • Trust & compliance: partner with Security on SOC 2, customer security reviews and DDQs.
  • Product & AI counsel: advise on new products, AI features, our Developer Hub and card-network rules.
  • Legal operations: build templates, playbooks, approval flows and a contract repository the business can self-serve.
