We are based in New York, Austin, Nashville and Tel Aviv.Role overviewVi is hiring a Senior Counsel to support the General Counsel in three areas: corporate governance for our Israeli parent company, corporate and equity matters across the group, and commercial contracting. The Senior Counsel will be a key legal partner across the business – facilitating customer and commercial contracting, supporting financing, M&A and corporate transactions, and providing hands-on legal advice across the full range of the company’s legal matters.This is a hands-on role for a business-minded lawyer who is comfortable across Israeli and US practice.
