Hermon Laboratories is searching for EMC & Radio group manager

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Electronics
  • At least 3 years’ experience in management of at least 10 engineers/technicians in test lab / design verification team / development team
  • Work experience in Radio/RF/Microwave field
  • Knowledge of EMC & Radio test standards – preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Client-oriented
  • Excellent English

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all EMC & Radio group activities and assets including testing, technical writing and certification, test equipment and test procedures
  • Train and motivate the group’s test engineers and technical writers
  • Oversee clients’ test and certification projects per international CE, FCC, Military standards
  • Lead internal processes to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service such as test automation, introduction of new technologies and HR development
