Hermon Laboratories is looking for Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Periodic monitoring of the standard updates, summarizing and registration of the updates in a database
• Design and maintenance of technical documentation templates
• Analysis of the reported results for compliance with standard procedures and requirements
• Generation and updating of tests reports based on results provided by technical department
• Overall responsibility for certification process starting from measurement results compiling into test reports until certificates and the relevant approvals are obtained and approved by client including written and verbal communication at all stages
• Effective management of the projects flow within the company and with external reviewers, monitoring and pushing of the certification process
• Face-to-face, telephone and e-mail communication and cooperation with clients, test engineers and technical reviewers in Israel and abroad
• Accurate and truly reporting and monitoring of the project properties
• Cataloging of project documentation in internal data bases
• Administrative coordination between clients and the technical department

Requirements:

• Fluent communication in English – must
• Fluent work with MS Office particularly Word, Excel, Vision, Internet and email – must
• Technical English or any technical education – advantage
• Experience in national and international standards (ETSI, CISPR, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, etc.) – advantage
• Experience in RF or Audio research and development – advantage
