IT Manager

Airobotics is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead the company’s day-to-day IT operations and manage a team of three IT professionals. This is not a management-only position. The IT Manager will be expected to remain actively involved in troubleshooting, system administration, infrastructure projects, and the implementation of new technologies. The role combines team leadership, technical execution, service management, and operational ownership. Working closely with the Director of IT & Cybersecurity, the IT Manager will improve the employee technology experience, increase the reliability of the company’s systems, and build scalable and well-documented IT operations. The IT Manager will support the operational implementation of security requirements across endpoints, identities, infrastructure, and business systems.
