Full Stack Engineer

The server development team is responsible for designing, implementing and testing Brightmerge core platform.

• As a Server Developer you will contribute in a multitude of ways, from architecting great systems, creating and encouraging good software development practices, driving strategic technical improvements, and mentoring other engineers.

• Brightmerge is a startup company offering a data-driven decision-making platform for energy professionals to use in developing, designing, and operating of local renewable energy networks.

What You’ll do:

• Architect, build and test Brightmerge platform from the very beginning

• Integrate with Brightmerge partners

• Collaborate with our customer’s tech teams to deploy the solution

• Research and implement the latest technology to support the successful rollout of the product

• Collaborate with ML/AI experts

Requirements:

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Experience in architecting and building large scale products or services

• Experience in Node.js and Express framework

• Experience with ORM and noSQL DBs

• Easily break down requirements into architecture and deliver code, while keeping operational issues in mind

• Make complicated things - simple

Nice to have:

• Experienced working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

• Experienced working in an Agile environment Startups
