As a Business Analyst at Helfy, you’ll work closely with Retention, CRM, Product, Customer Experience, and Data teams to analyze customer behavior, identify growth opportunities and support data driven decision making. You’ll focus on repeat purchases, retention, churn, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.Helfy is a technology driven group building the next generation of digital healthcare infrastructure.
